Our products are made to order and are printed once you make a purchase on our store. It generally takes 1-3 business days for printing and then your items ship out the next day. We use Priority USPS or UPS Shipping which typically delivers in 3 days. 

When you place an order you will receive an email with a receipt. When your order finished printing you will receive another email with tracking information so you can see exactly where your package is. Contact us at support@royalrainbowstore.com if you have any further questions. 

We sure do!!! We ship wherever there are queer people... so worldwide! Your items will take 1-3 days to print and then an additional 10-25 days for delivery, depending on what country you live in.

Because our items are made it order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your item is damaged or has any issues, such as the print not being straight, stain or misprint, we will make it right. However, we do require you to first send us a picture showing the misprint/damage and if it is indeed an issue from our printing shop, we will replace your items. If there are any exceptions made, there may be a restocking fee associated with the item. 

Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under special circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Well, if you really must know, my wife and I are starting to save up for future family plans. Making a baby/getting a baby when you are a same sex couple can be super costly. We are almost ready to take the leap into parenthood and we are hoping that this store will make that dream a reality in due time.
